Brief Introduction:

This instrument produced by our company is in accordance with Japanese Industry Standard, easy operation. Six pieces of 200 grams grinding tool have been installed on the instrument. In addition, six pieces of 300 grams weight & two pieces of 500 grams weight are provided, selecting them according to requirement.

Instruction:

a)Loosen handle on the back-end clamp, fix panel which is cut to 28×240mm on the curved table, strain sample paper, then tighten holding bolt on the front- end clamp.
b)Cut the 80g/m2 clean duplicating paper to a paper with width 19mm, length 100mm which is used as rubbing. Grasp the rubbing paper by clamp, fasten and fix the rubbing paper on the grinding tool, then tighten locknut, put the grinding tool on the stand bar of the instrument. Additional weight can be put on the grinding tool according to requirement.
c)Plug in power, set number using value setter, choose desired rubbing times. Rotate speed button, choose desired rubbing speed (recommend 35 times/min, that is, speed button is directed at red point .
d)Push “start” button, the machine starts to work, after reaching predetermined times, the machine stops automatically, cut off power, take down sample and observe it.
e)If you want to interrupt the machine, you can push “stop” button; if you want to work continuously, “reset” button has to be pushed first, then pushed “start”, the machine starts to operate again.
