GKL-Ⅱ Dry Crack Resistance Tester produced by our company is in accordance with the specification of GB9779-88《Compound Layer Architectural Coating》. It is applicable to determine the drying crack resistance at the initial stage of compound layer architectural coating. The instrument adopts axial flow fan to supply air. The fan can be regulated continuously at variable speed.

Operation Procedure:

1.Connecting D type Socket of Main machine outlet with D type socket on the back of controller.
2.Set number key of the controller set the continued time which fan operating needs.
3.Turn on power (indicator lamp is lighting), the fan is starting to operate, mernwhile timer is starting to time.
4.Insert probe of Anemometer into both side of velocity measuring hole to determine wind velocity in the wind duct, turning wind force power adjusting button on the controller, adjusting wind velocity to the stipulated value.
5.After time is up, the instrument stops automatically. If you want to stop during operation directly turn off power.
