The tester consists of a variable speed conveyor and a hot air blower which is placed over the sample. The operator makes a “proof” and immediately places it onto the input end of the conveyor. The conveyor feeds the sample under the hot air blower and returns the sample at the output end of the conveyor.

A speed potentiometer, on/off switch and digital speed display are provided on the front panel to control and indicate
the speed of the conveyor. The speed is adjustable from 0 – 50 Feet/minute.

A temperature potentiometer, on/off switch for the blower and a digital temperature readout is provided on the front panel to control the tunnel temperature. The temperature is adjustable from ambient to 300˚ F.
