Introduction:

1. Loosen both-side holding bolt, fix panel which is cut to 75×200mm on the sample table, then tighten holding bolt.
2., Amount of absorbent cotton wrapped on the contact surface of rub head, install a hoop, tighten set screws, infuse amount of solvent into cavity of rub head until solvent is leaking from rub head, then put rub head on the sliding arm
3. Plug in power, set number using value setter, choose desired rubbing times. Rotate speed button, choose desired rubbing speed (recommend 60 times/min).
4. Push “In” button, the machine starts to work, after reaching predetermined times, the machine stops automatically, take down sample and observe it.
5. If you want to interrupt the machine, you can push “Off” button; if you want to work continuously, you just push “In” button.
6. After the machine stops automatically, “R” button has to be pushed, the machine starts to operate again.
