Instruction:

1. Loosen both-side holding bolt, fix panel which is cut to 60×300mm on the sample table, strain sample paper, then tighten holding bolt.
2. Cut the 80g/m2 clean duplicating paper to a paper with width 50mm, length 290mm which is used as rubbing. Loosen both-side lock nut of rubbing crosshead, revolve shaft with intermediate rabbet, fasten and fix the paper on the crosshead, then tighten locknut. Put the crosshead on the swinging arm of the machine.
3. Plug in power, set number using value setter, choose desired rubbing times (usually set 40 times).
Rotate speed button, choose desired rubbing speed (recommend 43 times/min, that is speed button is directed at red point).
4. Push “start” button, the machine starts to work, after reaching predetermined times, the machine stops automatically, take down sample and observe it.
5. If you want to interrupt the machine, you can push “stop” button; if you want to work continuously, you just push “start” button.
6. After the machine stops automatically, “reset” button has to be pushed first, then pushed “start”, the machine starts to operate again.

Note:

1. When not install sample and rubbing paper, operating machine should be prohibited.
2. If breaking happens to rubbing paper or sample, machine should be stopped as soon as possible.
